TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order with Pigments By White, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS
All customers are required to complete the required Jotform within 24 hours of placing their order.
Production will not begin until the Jotform has been submitted and all required information has been received.
Failure to complete the Jotform within 24 hours will result in order cancellation.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Pigments By White is not responsible for delays, errors, or cancellations resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information submitted through the Jotform.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All units are custom made to order and customized specifically for each customer.
Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final.
Production begins only after payment has cleared and all required order information has been received.
Pigments By White reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
PROCESSING TIMES
Payment processing may take 1 to 2 business days.
Production time is typically 5 to 7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, launches, high order volume, supplier delays, or circumstances outside of business control.
Shipping transit times are separate from processing and production times.
CUSTOM COLOR DISCLAIMER
Each unit is professionally customized by hand.
While every effort is made to recreate colors as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, hair quality, lace type, texture, and the coloring process.
No two custom units will be identical.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be modified, transferred, or changed once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing their purchase.
Pigments By White is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
SHIPPING POLICY
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Pigments By White is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, lost packages, stolen packages, or circumstances outside of business control.
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit and delivery transfers to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly regarding shipping-related claims.
NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of all products and services, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credits will be issued.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are purchasing a custom-made product.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
By placing an order, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback for products, services, or digital products that have been completed, shipped, delivered, accessed, or made available.
Pigments By White reserves the right to dispute any chargeback using order confirmations, invoices, tracking information, delivery confirmation, communication records, photos, videos, and other supporting documentation.
Customers who file chargebacks may be prohibited from placing future orders.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products, including ebooks, classes, guides, educational materials, downloadable content, and digital resources, are final sale.
No refunds, exchanges, transfers, cancellations, or credits will be provided once access has been granted.
Digital products may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, resold, or claimed as the customer’s own work.
UNIT CARE & MAINTENANCE
Customers are responsible for properly maintaining their unit after delivery.
Pigments By White is not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance, excessive heat, chemical processing, bleaching, coloring, product misuse, neglect, or modifications performed by third parties.
ONE OF ONE UNIT POLICY
Many Pigments By White units are individually handcrafted and considered one of one creations.
While similar looks may be recreated, exact color placement, dimension, highlighting patterns, and overall results cannot be guaranteed.
Each unit is unique and may vary slightly from previous creations.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Pigments By White reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or discontinue communication with individuals displaying abusive, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.
AGREEMENT
By purchasing any product, service, custom unit, or digital product from Pigments By White, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions, policies, and procedures outlined above.
